Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received them. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.

How to Return Items

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns without authorization may not be processed. Once your return is authorized, package the items securely and send them to the address we provide.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product if available. To request an exchange, contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return eligibility requirements. If the exchange item costs more than the original item, you will be charged the difference.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or providing a full refund, including return shipping costs.
